Pistachio Pesto Pasta


I love pesto pasta because it’s a) so simple to make your own fresh pesto and b) just so damn great tasting. I swear I could eat it every night. All you need for a delicious bowl of pesto pasta is your favorite shape of noodles and a tasty homemade pesto sauce. (Like the one listed below.) No cheating allowed. You are not allowed to substitute a store-bought container of pesto. Whip out your food processor and get processing.

Toss just-cooked pasta with pesto sauce in a large pot. Salt, if necessary. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
