I’ve been making my own pita chips for years. This recipe works well without the seasoning, too!
- Flatbread or pita bread
- Seasoned salt, such as Lawry’s
- Olive oil
- Cut flatbread into wedges (six or eight per flatbread, depending on how big your flatbread is).
- Lightly brush with olive oil and season to taste.
- Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for eight to ten minutes.
- Serve with your favorite hummus, Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Artichoke Dip, etc.
