I’ve been making my own pita chips for years. This recipe works well without the seasoning, too!


  • Flatbread or pita bread
  • Seasoned salt, such as Lawry’s
  • Olive oil


  1. Cut flatbread into wedges (six or eight per flatbread, depending on how big your flatbread is).
  2. Lightly brush with olive oil and season to taste.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for eight to ten minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite hummus, Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Artichoke Dip, etc.
