Aside from using this syrup to dress up tiramisu, you could also use this syrup to make a Limoncello martini. Or three.
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Limoncello
*In a small saucepan mix water, sugar and Limoncello. Bring to a simmer and cook two to three minutes until sugar is melted. Place in refrigerator to cool. (This can be made several days in advance of using.)
