Frozen Pizza for Two!

It’s so good you almost can’t tell it’s just a regular frozen Digiorno pizza.

Every once in awhile when BF and I are too lazy to cook an elaborate meal or if we’re low on time, we’ll whip up a frozen pizza made to our liking. As you can probably imagine, BF and I don’t really see eye-to-eye when it comes to pizza toppings. I like cheese, cheese, and more cheese; pepperoni, pepperoni, and more pepperoni. Mushrooms and tomatoes are OK, too. I’m perfectly fine with just tons and tons of cheese and pepperoni. On the other hand, BF likes a veggie pizza with pepperoni added to it.

As you can see, there’s really no compromising between our pizza topping choices. So we invented our own compromise. We buy two pizzas: one pepperoni, one the works; and we cut them in half.  We stick one of my halves with one of BF’s and freeze the other two halves.

Then we add more cheese and pepperoni on my half and more pepperoni and a bit more cheese on BF’s half.

If we are really going all out, we’ll add mushrooms and tomatoes on the whole thing and black olives on BF’s half. But we don’t do that very often. We cook the frozen pizza on my Presto Pizza Pizzaz.

In twenty minutes, we have a perfectly cooked pizza. Dressing up frozen pizza with more cheese and ingredients is  much better than your standard frozen pizza.
