- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 T. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add milk and vanilla and beat on a low speed until combined. On the lowest speed, add flour and stir until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Form the dough into marble sized balls. Use in your favorite recipe or freeze for later use.
Last but not least, if you’re a cookie dough lover, and you love to eat cookie dough straight out of the mixer, this is a safe way to do so. Me? I don’t mind the risk of salmonella poisoning. So I’ll keep this recipe to serve to others.
