Toss cherry tomatoes in this dressing for an easy summer salad.
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 3 T. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
- 2 T. minced fresh parsley
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in a jar, cover and shake until well blended.
I increased the amount of garlic in this recipe (by either double or tripling it). I would caution against you doing this unless you really love garlic like I do. Add salt and pepper to taste!
