My refrigerator is bulging full with leftovers. Pizza, turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, creamed spinach, spinach and egg bake, pie and pancake batter. There are so many leftovers stuffed inside my fridge it’s actually a bit daunting. I’ve never been a huge fan of leftovers. Mainly because I think that food doesn’t taste quite as good warmed over. But this? This I’m a huge fan of and I could eat every night. Which is a good thing because I assembled about two-weeks worth of this meal, and now my freezer is bulging with leftovers.

- Leftover stuffing
- Leftover gravy
directions.
You can do this a few ways. You can layer mashed gravy on top stuffing on top turkey on top mashed potatoes in a bowl, cover in plastic wrap (if you’re not afraid of toxins) and reheat in the microwave for two or three minutes. Or, if you’re a super fatty like I am, you can place a layer of mashed potatoes in the bowl, then top with gravy, then add some turkey, top with more gravy, layer with stuffing (make it a thick layer) and finish it off with another layer of gravy – then heat in the micro.

By far, this is my favorite way to eat turkey leftovers. This year’s bowl was even better than the bowl I made last year as both the stuffing and gravy were just plain better.
